Audrey (Assistant Manager)

Audrey was born and raised in Cary Illinois, and currently resides in Algonquin right near

the river. She has been in school for the past four years earning her Associates in Business

Management and an Associates in Marketing to help better the cafe. When not at work or

school, you can find her reading, cooking fancy dinners, or riding around town on her

motorcycle.

She has been in the food service industry for over 5 years, and has spent almost 3.5

years being a barista. She dreams of opening her own coffee shop one day full of green foliage

and books that line the walls. She puts so much dedication into every drink she makes to make

sure every sip is going to be perfect.

Her favorite latte is a white mocha, brown sugar, and a sprinkle of cinnamon served with

oat milk. She says it tastes just like a cinnamon roll!
